Ivy Kwatiwani
Chief Human Capital Development Officer

Ivy has more than 12 years’ experience in senior human capital management roles in multinationals in the Malawi financial service industry. She joined CDH Investment Bank as Chief Human Capital Development Officer in 2019. Previously, Ivy was Human Resource Executive for Old Mutual Malawi from 2009 to 2017. Prior to that she worked for Standard Bank Malawi as Head of Learning and Growth.

Ivy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Malawi. She also has a Management Advanced Program Certificate from University of Witwatersrand.
