James Chikoti
Chief Operating Officer

James has over 18 years’ experience in banking covering operations, international trade, project management, information technology and digital banking. He joined CDH Investment Bank, as operations Manager in 2013 and rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2019. James has been a key member of payments project in Malawi since 2003. Prior to joining CDHIB, James worked at FDH Bank Limited for 5 years in operations, being a key member in the establishment of the department and branches, 7 years at National Bank of Malawi in information technology and retail banking.

James holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics and Computer Science) from University of Malawi and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute.
