Daniel Mwangwela

Daniel Mwangwela joined the bank on 1st December 2016 as Chief Legal/Compliance Officer & Company Secretary. He is a holder of a Master of Laws Degree in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Laws(Honors) from the University of Malawi. He is a member of the Malawi Law Society, a holder of a valid practicing licence and a Notary Public. He previously worked for First Merchant Bank as Legal Counsel & Company Secretary for 3 years before joining CDH Investment Bank. He has also worked for Malawi Housing Corporation as a Legal Services Manager. Prior to that he worked in private law practice with Chisanga & Tomoka and Mvalo & Company. Daniel is a British Chevening scholar in his own right.
